Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Fatribak provides access to its gaming club and related services. By visiting our venue, booking a session, registering for an event or purchasing any access option, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope
These terms apply to all visitors, members and participants at Fatribak, located at 80 Willis Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011, New Zealand. Fatribak is a physical gaming and training venue.

Our Club Services
Fatribak provides in-person access to gaming stations, practice areas, training sessions and club events. We are an offline venue and do not operate game servers, matchmaking systems or any online gaming platform.

Venue Access
Access to the club is available during our opening hours and is subject to availability. Stations are generally used on a first-come, first-served basis, and we may set reasonable limits to keep the venue running smoothly.

Memberships and Access Options
We offer a range of access options, including single-session access, hourly access, day passes, weekly passes, monthly memberships and team practice packages. The features and price of each option are described on our Club & Memberships page.

Training and Team Sessions
Training sessions, including individual and team formats, are offered as described on our Training & Events page. Sessions are focused on practice and skill development and are subject to availability and any conditions set at the venue.

Events
We run club events throughout the year, some free and some with an entry fee. Event details, formats and any fees are published on our Training & Events page. Places may be limited, and registration is a request that we confirm before it is finalised.

Eligibility
Our services are open to players of varying experience levels. Younger visitors may attend subject to any age conditions, consent or supervision requirements we apply at the venue. Please contact us if you have questions about eligibility.

User Responsibilities and Venue Conduct
While at the club, you agree to:
Treat other players and staff with respect.
Follow instructions given by Fatribak staff.
Use equipment carefully and report any faults.
Use your personal gaming accounts responsibly and in line with each publisher’s terms.
Keep your account credentials private and not share passwords with anyone.
Not install unauthorised software on club machines.
Follow all venue conduct and safety rules.

Equipment Use and Damage
You are responsible for using club equipment appropriately. If equipment is damaged through misuse or a breach of these terms, you may be asked to cover reasonable repair or replacement costs.

Prices
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We may update our prices from time to time, and the current prices apply at the time of your booking or purchase.

Payments
Payment is required for paid access options, training sessions and event entry fees as applicable. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
Registrations and bookings are requests that we confirm before they are finalised. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Where a refund applies, we’ll handle it in line with our venue policies and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Membership Conditions
Memberships apply for the period stated and provide the benefits described on our Club & Memberships page. Access remains subject to availability and to these terms.

New Zealand Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable New Zealand consumer law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over anything inconsistent in these terms.

Health and Safety
We aim to provide a safe environment. Please follow all safety instructions, use equipment sensibly and let staff know about any hazards or concerns.

Behaviour
Fatribak is a welcoming community space. Abusive, disruptive or unsafe behaviour toward staff or other players is not acceptable and may result in being asked to leave the venue.

Intellectual Property
All Fatribak branding, website content and materials are the property of Fatribak or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Third-Party Games and Platforms
Games played at the club are provided by their respective developers and publishers under their own terms. Fatribak is not affiliated with, and does not represent, any game developer or publisher unless we explicitly state otherwise. We do not control third-party games, servers, matchmaking systems or publisher accounts.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
Fatribak provides a venue, equipment and training designed to support your play. We do not guarantee any particular competitive outcome, ranking, tournament result or professional opportunity. Improvement depends on many factors outside our control.

Service Availability
We aim to keep the club and website available and running smoothly, but access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues or other factors. We may adjust our services from time to time.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable New Zealand law, Fatribak’s liability arising from your use of the club, its equipment or its services is limited. This does not affect any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes to Services or Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions or our services from time to time. The current version published on our website applies to your use of the club.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be dealt with under New Zealand law.
